Eligibility for Refund

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    If the product is defective, damaged, or not as expected, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photo evidence.
    Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, once the product is checked and payment is made, it becomes non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled and refunded only before shipment. Shipped orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • Returns Within 48 Hours
    You may return unused items within 48 hours of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
    Note: COD orders are non-returnable once payment has been made after checking.

    If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time depends on your provider.

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
